1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our team may require photo proof of the defect or damage.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable goods, including opened packages of cashews, almonds, and other dry fruits, are non-refundable.
- Gift cards, promotional items, and bulk orders may also be exempt from refunds unless they arrive damaged.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact us at email@gmail.com. Include your order number, reason for the refund request, and any relevant details or photos.
- Once we receive your request, we will review and respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.
4. Return Shipping
- If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.
- The cost of return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

6. Exchanges
