Cancellation Policy

At Zorvathupsquad Trading (OPC) Private Limited, we understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy below to see how we can assist you.

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

• Orders can be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund under our Refund Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

• To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at zorvathupsquad@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
• Our team will review your request and respond promptly to confirm the status of the cancellation.

3. Late Cancellations

• If an order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may still be eligible for a return or refund by following the guidelines in our Refund Policy.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

• For successfully canceled orders, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
• If you used a discount code or promotional offer, the refund will reflect the amount paid after discounts.

5. Modifications to Your Order

• If you need to modify an order rather than cancel it, such as changing the delivery address or adjusting quantities, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications may only be possible if the order has not yet been processed.
